Shipping Policy

Important Details:

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EDT are usually processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will start processing the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within 0-1 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons or exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Delivery Estimates: After your order leaves our facility, it arrives within 5–12 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that unforeseen events can sometimes cause minor delays.
  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that we’ve begun processing it. During busy periods, processing may extend slightly beyond the standard 0-1 business days. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Partners
We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary delivery partners include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Tracking information is provided for each shipment so you can follow your package’s progress and plan for its arrival.

After processing, your package is dispatched through these trusted carriers. While the deliveries reach their destination within 5–12 business days, transit times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, or unforeseen logistical issues.

All orders within the United States benefit from free shipping, regardless of size or order value.

Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking information. If your package still hasn’t reached you after that period, contact us with your order number at support@snedric.com, and we’ll investigate promptly.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@snedric.com. Orders can usually be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once processing is underway or your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and returns must follow our standard return procedure after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
While we carefully inspect every order, sometimes items may arrive damaged or wrong. If this happens, email clear photos of the product and packaging to support@snedric.com. We will review your case and ensure that a replacement or correction is arranged quickly to make things right.
